What We’re Building - And Why
Phase 1 - Launching Now
We’re beginning with Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) – produced through advanced gasification, syngas cleanup, and Fischer–Tropsch synthesis.
CarbonCore’s closed-loop system uses AI to analyze, predict, and optimize every process variable – from feedstock intake and heat recovery to hydrogen balance and quality control.
The result: a new benchmark for clean, scalable American fuel production.

Phase 2 - Expansion & Advanced Materials
With the foundation established, CarbonCore scales toward 40,000 barrels per day – expanding capacity while activating the advanced materials platform that connects energy and innovation.
Our graphene production initiative (CVD + LPE) transforms captured carbon into high-value materials for batteries, composites, and next-generation electronics.

Phase 3 - Strategic Diversification
Beyond fuel, CarbonCore extends its mission into carbon innovation and resource recovery – ensuring every molecule of carbon is put to work.
